Train at home
Body and mind, between sessions.
A small library of videos kids can press play on at home, between the Wednesday and Friday sessions. Two pillars — body work (mobility, strength, technique) and a breathing practice for the mind — each pointing to a handful of clips we actually use. Short, repeatable, no equipment. Open the app, follow along, get back to the water.
Pillar 01
Body
Mobility, strength, and technique in one stack. Loose hips and open shoulders for a smoother paddle, bodyweight reps for the push-up and the legs underneath your stance, and pop-up mechanics drilled slow on a rug. Short sessions, clean shape, eyes forward — the way you move at home is the way you'll move on the wave.

Pillar 02
Mind
Start the day calm and energised. A few minutes of Qigong gets the body awake; a round of Wim Hof breathing teaches you to stay relaxed when sets roll through. This is the quiet pillar — it makes the body work better.
